5KW solar power system project from Mexico

Mr Barry from Mexico ,he contacted us in 2019 and has been studying solar energy system,In February , he buy a 5kW solar system from us, our latest solar inverter has been produced, Our MPPT solar inverter with charger controller with lithium battery all in one box ,Touch color screen , wifi function , can connect phone APP ,easy connection,and he is very satisfied with the new inverter's function and quality test. What type of solar system did you install?
Off grid
 

What was your primary reason for adding solar to your home?
Because electricity is unstable, electricity is often cut off.Plus expensive electricity bills
 

What was the most difficult part of the installation?
Digging post holes for ground mount racks, some places were solid rock and required use of an electric jack-hammer.
 

How many helpers did you have?
None, I installed the entire project solo, but after several months of research, planning and lots of questions to staff at Sunchees Solar, which was very helpful.
 

Did you hire a contractor?
No
 

Were there any unforeseen additional parts or tools you needed?
I had also bought some extra MC4 connectors and a crimper, but never ended up using. Maybe I will if I expand and add more panels in the future.
 

How long was the full installation process?
All said and done it probably took me 120 hours to do roof rack, ground rack, trench wiring back to service panel, wire everything per local coop requirements, mount inverters & panels.
 

How did it feel to get your solar project finished?
Very excited! It felt great to finish a project this big and to have power restored to my home. It’s a great relief to have the lights on and everything functioning again.
